Scene from the play produced by the Provincetown Playhouse, New York, 1924 ; when Eugene O'Neill's 'All God's Chillun Got Wings' opened in 1924, this play about an interracial marriage inspired angry reactions, generating, as The Brooklyn Daily News review put it, 'almost as much publicity as a murder.'
